RESOLUTION NO. 68 -4
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE HENNEPIN COUNTY IEAGUE OF
MUNICIPALITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center is a member in good
standing of the Hennepin County League of Municipalities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center desires to continue its
participation in the Hennepin County League of Municipalities:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Brooklyn Center hereby designates Howard Heck
as its representative to the Hennepin County League of Municipalities
for the period of 1 -1 -68 to 12- 31 -68.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center hereby designates Theodore Willard as its Alternate
Representative to the Hennepin County League of Municipalities to serve
during the absence or disability of the above named repreā$entative.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Earl Rydberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg,
Howard Heck and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
