HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-030 CCRMember Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 68 -30 RESOLUTION AMENDING AND CORRECTING THE MINUTES OF MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 27, 1966, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -196, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 23, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 2. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on May 2, 1966, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -96, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on April 28, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 3. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on May 2, 1966, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -97, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on April 28, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 4. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on May 2, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -98, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on April 28, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." Resolution No. 68 -30 5. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on May 31, 1966, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -169, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on May 26, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 6. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on May 31, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -170, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on May 26, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 7. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on May 31, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -171, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on May 26, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 8. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 27, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -197, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 23, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 9. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 27, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -198, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 23, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." Resolution No. 68 -30 10. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 13, 1966, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -181, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 9, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 11. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 13, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -182, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 9, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 12. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 27, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -200, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 9, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 13. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 27, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -201, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 9, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 14. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 27, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -199, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on June 23, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." Resolution No. 68 -30 15. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 1, 1965, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 65 -93, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing one weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper being published on May 19, 1965, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 16. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 1, 1965, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 65 -94, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing one weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, being published on May 19, 1965, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 17. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on July 19, 1965, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 65 -131, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on July 14, 1965, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 18. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on July 19, 1965, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 65 -135, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on July 14, 1965, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 19. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 22, 1966, be amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -250, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on August 18, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." Resolution No. 68 -30 20. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 22, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -251, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on August 18, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 21. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 22, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -252, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on August 18, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 22. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 22, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -253, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on August 18, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 23. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 22, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -255, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on August 18, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." 24. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 22, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -254, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two week's publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on August 18, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file." Resolution No. 68 -30 25. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 22, 1966, be further amended so that the second paragraph above Resolution No. 66 -256, reads as follows: "The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on August 18, 1966, which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. 26. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on August 8, 1966, be amended so that the last paragraph of Resolution No. 66 -225, reads as follows: "1966 -47 Grading, Base and Surfacing Lee Avenue North from 68th to 69th." 27. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 1, 1965, be amended so that the last paragraph of Resolution No. 65 -89, reads as follows: "1965 -33 Street Surfacing Logan And Knox Avenues North from 53rd Avenue to 55th Avenue and 53rd And 54th Avenues North from approximately 134 feet west of Logan Avenue to approximately 134 feet east of Knox Avenue." 28. That the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on June 1, 1965, be further amended so that the third paragraph of Resolution 65 -89, reads as follows: ATTEST: "1965 -27 Street Surfacing Knox Avenue North from 55th Avenue to 59th Avenue, 56th Avenue from 133 feet west of Knox to 135 feet east of Knox 58th Avenue from 135 feet west of Knox to 135 feet east of Knox, 59th Avenue from 143 feet west of Knox to 128 feet east to Knox Avenue North." February 5, 1968 Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Rydberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly pas sed and adopted.
