HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-036 CCRMember Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE PANEL VAN TRUCK WHEREAS, the County Purchasing Agent has reported that on January 23, 1968 at 2 :00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for furnishing of one (1) panel van truck, and that said bids were as follows: ATTEST: Iten Chevrolet $2,333.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Hopkins Motor Sales in the amount of $2,306.42 for the furnishing of one (1) panel van truck in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. February 5. 1968 Date RESOLUTION NO. 68 -36 Hopkins Motor Sales (Dodge) McGee Trucks $2,306.42 $2,352.83 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
