HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-046 CCRMember Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -31 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -32, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -31 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -32. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -31 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -32 described as follows: ATTEST: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -31 AND STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -32 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 1968 -31 Water Main Marrh 4, 1968 Date RESOLUTION NO. 68 -46 Humboldt Avenue North and Girard Avenue North from 60th Avenue to North Lilac Drive; Fremont Avenue North and Emerson Avenue North from 59th Avenue to 62nd Avenue; 60th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to Fremont Avenue; 62nd Avenue North from Fremont Avenue to Dupont Avenue; and North Lilac Drive from Humboldt Avenue to Dupont Avenue. 1968 -32 Street Surfacing Humboldt Avenue North and Girard Avenue North from 60th Avenue to North Lilac Drive; Fremont Avenue North and Emerson Avenue North from 59th Avenue to 62nd Avenue; 60th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to Dupont Avenue; 61st Avenue North and 62nd Avenue North from Fremont Avenue to Dupont Avenue; and North Lilac Drive from Humboldt Avenue to Dupont Avenue. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Earl Rydberg Howard Heck, and Theodore Willard and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
