HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-049 CCR1 Member EarlRydberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, it is proposed that there be constructed an improve- ment consisting of the following: 1968-29 Water main in Aldrich Avenue North from 59th Avenue to approximately 332 feet south of centerline 58th Avenue; 58th Avenue North from centerline Aldrich Avenue to approximately 165 feet east; and approximately 332 feet south of and parallel to 58th Avenue North from Aldrich Avenue to Bryant Avenue. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a preliminary report advis- ing that said proposed improvement is feasible and that it can be con- structed at an estimated cost of $11,315.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The Council proposes to proceed under authority granted by Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes. 2. A public hearing on the proposed improvement shall be held at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the25th day of March, 1968, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., Central Standard Time, and the Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of hearing by two weeks' publication in the official newspaper of the City. 3. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows: ALL LOTS AND PARCELS ABUTTING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED STREETS. 4. This proposed improvement shall be designated Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -29.
