Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Erickson 6 Erickson, Inc.
has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accord-
ance with said contract:
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1966 -15
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. The value of work performed exceeded the original con-
tract amount by $18.30 because the 6" VCP service pipe exceeded
the estimate due to service relocations on curvilinear alignment.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satis-
fied on said contract on December 11, 1967, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said
improvement project was $2,542.50.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Gordon Erickson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John
Leary, Gordon Erickson, Hove rd Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
