HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-352 CCRMember John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK (CONTRACTED BY CITY) WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Erickson 6 Erickson, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: ATTEST: Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center: 1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved. 2. The value of work performed exceeded the original contract amount by $4.00 because the centerline profile at the time of construction varied slightly from the original estimate, causing a slight overrun. 3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satisfied on said contract on December 11, 1967, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said improvement project was $1,530.40. December 11, 1967 Date RESOLUTION NO. 67 -352 er The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
