HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-360 CCR1 1 Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Street Grading, Base 8 Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -3 and Curb 8 Gutter Improvement Project No. 1968 -4. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Street Grading, Base 6 Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -3 and Curb 8 Gutter Improvement Project No. 1968 -4, described as follows: ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -360 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STREET GRADING, BASE SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -3 AND CURB 8 GUTTER IMPROVE- MENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -4 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 1968 -3 Street Grading, Base 8 Surfacing Dupont Avenue North from F.A.I. 94 to 59th Avenue; North Lilac Drive from Dupont Avenue to Colfax Avenue; 62nd Avenue North from centerline Dupont Avenue to 164 feet east; 60th and 61st Avenues North from 165 feet west to 165 feet east of centerline Dupont Avenue. 1968 -4 Curb 8 Gutter Dupont Avenue North from F.A.I. 94 to 59th Avenue. December 11, 1967 Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same:none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
