HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-368 CCRMember Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -368 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -24 AND STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -25 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -24 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -25; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -24 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -25. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -24 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -25, described as follows: 1968 -24 Water Main 54th Avenue North from France Avenue to Sailor Lane. 1968 -25 Street Surfacing 54th Avenue North from France Avenue to Sailor Lane. December 11, 1967 Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gordon Erickson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
