Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council
requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -26, Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Project No. 1968 -27, and Street Grading 8 Surfacing
Improvement Project No. 1968 -28; and
WHEREAS, theCity Council deems it necessary to initiate Water
Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -26, Sanitary Sewer Improvement
Project No. 1968 -27, and Street Grading 8 Surfacing Improvement Project
No. 1968 -28.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and
specifications for said Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -26,
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1968 -27, and Street Grading 6
Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -28, described as follows:

1968 -26 Water Main
Dallas Road from 70th Avenue North southerly to Willow Lane.
1968 -27 Sanitary Sewer
Utility easement on the north line of Lundgren 3rd Addition
from Willow Lane to 118 feet west of Dallas Road; utility
easement beginning at the north line of Block 2, Lundgren
3rd Addition, and extending approximately 320 feet south;
and Dallas Road from the north line of Lundgren 3rd Addition
to approximately 520 feet south.
1968 -28 Street Grading 6 Surfacing
Dallas Road from 70th Avenue North, southerly to Willow Lane.

II The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson,
Howa rd Heck and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
