HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-374 CCR1 Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 67 -374 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1967 GENERAL FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the City Charter of the City of Brooklyn Center does provide for a contingency appropriation as a part of the General Fund Budget and further provides that the contingency appropriation may be transferred to any other appropriation by the City Council; and WHEREAS, Section 7.08 of the City Charter does provide for the transfer of unencumbered appropriations from one department to another within the General Fund by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the 1967 General Fund Budget be amended as follows: ATTEST: 1. Transfer $10,600 from the Mayor and Council's Contingency Fund Appropriation (Account #401 -48) to the following appropriations in the amounts listed: Mayor and Council Labor #401 -10) 900.00 Independent Auditing Professional Consulting Fees #4055 -13). 200.00 Legal Professional and Consulting Fees #406 -13) 5,000.00 Capital Improvements Review Board Professional Consulting Fees #4072 -13) 3,000.00 Animal Control Professional Consulting Fees #416 -13) 1,100.00 Health Regulation and Inspection Professional and Consulting Fees #443 -13) 400.00 2. Transfer $7,000.00 from the Street Department Labor Appropriation (Account #422 -10) to the following appropriations in the amounts listed: Protective Inspection Labor #413 -10) Engineering Labor #421 -10) Street Lighting Utilities #426 -22) December 28, 1967 Date $2,300.00 3,700.00 1,000.00 1 Resolution No. 67 -374 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gordon Erickson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
