HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-236 CCR Member john Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -236 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -52 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -52, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -52. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -52, described as follows: 1967 -52 Storm Sewer Northway Boulevard and Northway Drive from approximately 560 feet east of Xerxes Avenue to Shingle Creek. Tuly 24, 1967 Date s/ Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gordon Erickson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Gordon Erickson, and Hgward Heck, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
