HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-240 CCR After hearing and considering all comments made during the public hearing earlier this evening on Water Main Improvement Project No. 1967 -36, member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -240 RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROTECT NO. 1967 -36 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the City and the owners of property specially benefitted thereby, that the following improvement shall be constructed. Project No. 1967 -36 Lake Breeze Avenue from France Avenue westerly to Twin Lake Avenue; Twin Lake Avenue, Lakeview Avenue, and Azelia Avenue from Lakeside Avenue North to approximately 367 feet north of centerline Lake Breeze Avenue; Lakeside Avenue North from Twin Lake Avenue easterly to approximately 200 feet east of Azelia Avenue (extended) The estimated cost is $54,253.00. Tulv 24. 1967 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson, and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Mr. Willard abstained from voting due to his arrival during the hearings.
