RESOLUTION N0. 67 -256
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
(CONTRACTED BY VILLAGE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
(then) Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Bury 6 Carlson, Inc.
has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accord-
ance with said contract:
Grading, Base 6 Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1966 -1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. The value of work performed is less than the original
contract amount by $1,977.20 because of the deletion of prime coat
(not required), the scaling back of paving on side streets, the
reduced amount of gravel required under curb and gutter due to better
than anticipated sub -soil conditions, and minor overestimating on
some items.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satis-
fied on said contract on August 14, 1967, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said
