HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-276 CCR Member Gordon Erickson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -276 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on special assessments at City Hall on Monday, the 25th day of September, 1967, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. daylight saving time, on the following improvements: Sanitary Sewer 1967 -7 1967 -31 1967 -8 1967 =35 and Water Improvement 1967 -9 1967 -26 1967 -17 1967 -32 1967 -24 1967 -34 and Street Improvement 1966 -7 1966 -29 1966 -21 and Grading, Base Surfacing 1966 -1 and Storm Sewer 1966 -3 1966 -22 1966 -3A and Curb Gutter 1966 -2 and P. U. Water Hook -ups and PU Water Revenue 67 and San. Sewer Delinquent 66 and Sewer Connections Auqust 28, 1967 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
