HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-278 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -278 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTATION TO FURNISH, INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A REMOTE STATION BURGLAR ALARM SYSTEM WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on August 25, 1967 at 5:00 P.M. they opened and tabulated quotations received for the furnishing, installation and main- taining of a remote station burglar alarm system and that said quotations were as follows: Automatic Alarm Corporation $3.50 /month /connection Electro Watchman Inc. $4.00 /month /connection NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the quotation of Automatic Alarm Corporation to furnish, install and maintain a remote station burglar alarm system in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best quotation submitted by a responsible bidder, and said quotation is hereby accepted. September 5, 1967 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gordon Erickson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and kAopted.
