and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -278
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTATION TO FURNISH, INSTALL
AND MAINTAIN A REMOTE STATION BURGLAR ALARM SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported
that on August 25, 1967 at 5:00 P.M. they opened and tabulated
quotations received for the furnishing, installation and main-
taining of a remote station burglar alarm system and that said
quotations were as follows:
Automatic Alarm Corporation $3.50 /month /connection
Electro Watchman Inc. $4.00 /month /connection
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the quotation of
Automatic Alarm Corporation to furnish, install and maintain
a remote station burglar alarm system in accordance with the
specifications is deemed to be the best quotation submitted
by a responsible bidder, and said quotation is hereby
accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member Gordon Erickson and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Philip Cohen, john Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
kAopted.
