and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -292
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
(CONTRACTED BY CITY)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, C. S. McCrossan, Inc., has
satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance
with said contract:
Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -25
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. The value of work performed is less than the original
contract amount by $3.71 because of general over- estimating of plan
quantities.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satis-
fied on said contract on September 25, 1967, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said
improvement project was $4,303.07.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John
Le ry Go don Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard,
an( the ollowi.ng voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
