Home My WebLink About1967-294 CCR r Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -294 RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER SERVICE ACCOUNTS FOR 1966 TO HENNEPIN COUNTY TAX ROLLS WHEREAS, the records of the Public Utilities Billing Depart- ment list certain accounts as delinquent for the year 1966, and WHEREAS, the consumers have been notified of the delinquency according to legal requirements, and WHEREAS, State Statute 443.16 authorizes certification of the delinquent accounts to the County tax rolls for collection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to order the County Auditor of Hennepin County to place the following delinquent accounts on the 1967 payable in 1968 tax rolls: Addition Parcel Lot Block Amount Section 1 1410 22.00 Section 1 2830 22.00 Section 10 2025 5.50 Section 33 4518 21.00 Aud.
