and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -310
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
(CONTRACTED BY CITY)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Barbarossa Sons, Inc.,
has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accord-
ance with said contract:
Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -28
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. The value of work performed exceeded the original contract
amount by $944.50 because 170 feet of 15" R.C.P. was added on the
73rd Avenue portion of the contract, due to design change in street
grades.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satis-
fied on said contract on October 9, 1967, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said
improvement project was $20,195.00.

seconded b member Gordon Erickson

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
