HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-124 CCR r Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67-124 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR STABILIZED GRAVEL AND FINE AGGREGATE FOR SEAL COAT WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on April 10, 1967 at 2:00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of stabilized gravel and fine aggregate for seal coat and that said bids were as follows: Buck- Buck- BA 2 BA 2 Class 5 Class 5 FA 1 Shot Shot Bidder Deliv. N.B. 1.95 1.20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of C.S. McCrossan for the furnishing of BA 2 and Class 5 gravel in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, i e Minnesota that the bid of Anderson Aggregate for the furnishing of FA 1 and Buckshot in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. April 24, 1967 Date Mayor ATTEST ler c� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gordon Erickson and upon vote being teken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Howard Heck, john Leary, Gordon Erickson and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
