HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-125 CCR Member john Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -125 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on April 10, 1967 at 2:00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of Reinforced Concrete Pipe and that said bids were as follows: 15 "RCP 15 "RCP 12 "RCP Class 3 Class 4 Class 4 Bidder Per Ft. Per Ft. Per Ft. Terms Total Bladholm Bros. 2.54 2.83 2.04 5% 30 9305.00 Elk River Concrete Prod. 2.49 2.77 2.00 Net 9120.00 North Star Concrete Co. 2.46 2.75 1.97 Net 9005.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of Bladholm Bros. for the furnishing of Reinforced Concrete Pipe in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. April 24, 1967 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Howard Heck, Gordon Erickson and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
