HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-127 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.67 -12 7 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR FURNISHING BITUMINOUS OIL WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on April 10, 1967, at 2 :00 P. NB NB NB NB NB NB 13.34 12.75 Richards Oil Co. 11.25 11.25 11.25 11.25 12.0 12.0 NB NB NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of Richards Oil Co. for MC3, MCO and RC3 materials in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of L. N. Sickels Co. for the furnishing of CRS 1 and CRS 2 material in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.
