HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-132 CCR Member Gordon Erickson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -132 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -27 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council to initiate Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -27. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to accept the petition presented and to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -27, described as follows: 1967 -27 Sanitary Sewer Humboldt Avenue North from 71st Avenue to 73rd Avenue; Amy Lane from 175 feet east of Knox Avenue to Humboldt Avenue; 72nd Avenue North from 175 feet east of Knox Avenue to Humboldt Avenue; Woodbine Lane from Knox Avenue to Humboldt Avenue; 73rd Avenue North from Logan Avenue to Humboldt Avenue; Knox Avenue North from 80 feet north of Amy Lane to 71st Avenue; and Knox Avenue North from Woodbine Lane to 380 feet south of and 275 feet north of Woodbine Lane, respectively. April 24, 1967 Z", L Date M or ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Howard Heck, Gordon Erickson and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
