and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -133
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1967 -29 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council`
to initiate Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -29.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center to accept the petition presented and'
to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for
said Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -29, described
as follows:
1967 -29 Street Surfacing
Humboldt Avenue North from 70th Avenue to 73rd Avenue;
Knox Avenue North from 71st Avenue to 73rd Avenue;
71st Avenue North, Amy Lane, 72nd Avenue North and
Woodbine Lane from Knox Avenue to Humboldt Avenue;
73rd Avenue North from Logan Avenue to Humboldt Avenue.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
John Leary, Howard Heck, Gordon Erickson
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
