HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-134 CCR r Member Gordon Erickson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -134 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -28 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council to initiate Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -28. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to accept the petition presented and to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -28, described as follows: 1967 -28 Storm Sewer Approximately 400 feet west of and parallel to Humboldt Avenue North from 71st Avenue North to 73rd Avenue North; Woodbine Lane from Knox Avenue to approximately 600 feet east; 71st Avenue North and Amy Lane at Humboldt Avenue. .April 24, 19 67 Date U U Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Howard Heck, and Gordon Erickson, and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
