and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -181
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 1967 -36 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council
requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1967 -36, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate
Water Main Improvement Project No. 1967 -36.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare
plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement Project
No. 1967 -36, described as follows:
1967 -36 Water Main
Lake Breeze Avenue from France Avenue westerly to Twin
Lake Avenue; Twin Lake Avenue, Lakeview Avenue, and
Azalia Avenue from Lakeside Avenue North to approximately
367 feet north of centerline Lake Breeze Avenue; Lakeside
Avenue North from Twin Lake Avenue easterly to approximately
200 feet east of Azalia Avenue (extended).

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John
Leary, Howard Heck, Gordon Erickson and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
