HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-182 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -182, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -37 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -37, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -37. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -37, described as follows: 1967 -37 Street Surfacing Lake Breeze Avenue from France Avenue North to Twin Lake Avenue; Twin Lake Avenue and Lakeview Avenue from Lakeside Avenue North to approximately 367 feet north of centerline Lake Breeze Avenue; Azalia Avenue North from approximately 370 feet south to approximately 367 feet north of center line Lake Breeze Avenue; Lakeside Avenue North from Twin Lake Avenue to approximately 1,160 feet east. June 12, 1967 AA Date Mayor ATTEST: etK The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Philip Cohen, Howard Heck, John Leary, Gordon Erickson and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
