HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-188 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.67 -1 88 RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWS OF MINNESOTA FOR 1967, CHAPTER 736 WHEREAS, Laws of Minnesota for 1967, Chapter 736, entitled "AN ACT RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A POLICEMAN'S PENSION FUND, ESTABLISHING BENEFITS AND PROVIDING TAX LEVIES THEREFORE. requires the approval of a majority of the members of the City Council before the act becomes effective: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that Laws of Minnesota for 1967, Chapter 736 is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of State for the State of Minnesota as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 645.021.
