and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -205
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -41
WHEREAS, it is proposed that there be constructed an
improvement consisting of the following:
1967 -41 Storm sewer in Willow Lane from 66th Avenue North
to 65th Avenue North.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a preliminary report
advising that said proposed improvement is feasible and that it
can be constructed at an estimated cost of $6,035.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Council proposes to proceed under authority granted
by Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes.
2. A public hearing on the proposed improvement shall be
held at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the 10th day of July,
1967, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., daylight saving time, and the Clerk
shall publish notice of the time and place of hearing by two weeks'
publication in the official newspaper of the City.
3. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement
consists of all lots and parcels contained within an area described
as:
"A parcel of land in the northeast one quarter of Section 36,
Township 119, Range 21, Hennepin County, Minnesota, bounded on
the south by the east west centerline of said Section 36;
bounded on the west by the east right -of -way line of U. S.
Trunk Highway No. 169; bounded on the north by the south line
of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 310, therein; and bounded
on the east by a line in said Auditor's Subdivision No. 310
described as:
"Beginning at a point in the south line of Lot 7, distant
320 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; thence
southerly to a point in the south line of Lot 9, distant
320 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; thence
southerly to a point in the south line of Lot 10, distant
350 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; thence
southerly to a point in the south line of Lot 12, distant
430 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; thence
southerly to a point in the south line of Lot 13, distant'
448 feet east of the southwest corner thereof; thence
southerly, parallel with the east line of Willow Lane, to
the intersection with the aforementioned south boundary,
and there terminating."

4. This proposed improvement shall be designated Storm
Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -41.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John
Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck, and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
