HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-211 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -211 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 67 -23 ADOPTED TANUARY 30, 1967 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 67 -23 established Street Grading and Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -10, and WHEREAS, subsequent to the establishment of Street Grading and Surfacing Project No. 1967 -10, the scope of the proposed improvement has increased beyond that described in the original resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to amend so much of Resolution No. 67 -23 as pertains to the description of Street Grading and Surfacing Project No. 1967 -10 to read as follows: 1967 -10 Street Grading, Base and Surfacing 67th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to approximately 163.4 feet east of centerline of Colfax Avenue. July 10, 1967 Date Mayor ATTEST :r, Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck, and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
