HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-212 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -212 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 67 -156 AND 67 -157 ADOPTED MAY 15, 1967, AND RESOLUTION NO. 67 -168 ADOPTED MAY 29, 1967 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 67 -156 established Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -33, and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 67 -157 provided for a Public Hearing On Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -33 and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 67 -168 ordered the construction of Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -33, and WHEREAS, subsequent to the approval of Resolutions No. 67 -156, 67 -157, and 67 -168, the scope of the proposed improvement has decreased to a lesser amount than that described in the aforementioned resolutions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to amend so much of Resolutions No.67 -156, 67 -157, and 67 -168 as pertains to the description of Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -33, by deleting that portion reading as follows: 67th Avenue North from Dupont Avenue to approximately 163 feet east of Colfax Avenue."
