HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-224 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -224 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -46 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -46; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -46. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -46 described as follows: 1967 -46 Street Surfacing France Avenue North from 67th Avenue North to 69th Avenue North; 68th Avenue North from France Avenue to Ewing Avenue; 67th Avenue North from Grimes Avenue to 135 feet east of the east line of France Avenue. July 10, 1967 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member john Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Gordon Erickson, Howard Heck, and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
