HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-004 CCR Member Gordon Erickson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -4 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO WRITE -OFF UNCOLLECTIBLE CHECKS WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that the following checks made payable to the City of Brooklyn Center Liquor Stores are uncollectible because the payors' checking accounts upon which they were drawn have been closed and that attempts to locate the payors have been unsuccessful: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to authorize the City Manager to write -off of the City records as uncollectible the following checks: Richard O'Brien, dated 12 -26 -64 10.00 Roy Langstaff, dated 2 -16 -65 6.85 Russell Leonard, dated 8 -25 -65 3.00 Joseph Dupuis, dated 9 -4 -65 10.00 R.
