RESOLUTION NO. 67 -10
I
RESOLUTION FOR FACSIMILE SIGNATURE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center,
Minnesota, that the First National Bank of Minneapolis as a designated
depository of the City of Brooklyn Center, be and is hereby requested,
authorized and directed to honor all checks drawn upon the City Investment

means the facsimile signature thereon has been affixed thereto, if such facsimile
signature resembles the facsimile specimens from time to time furnished to or
filed with said First National Bank of Minneapolis by the City Manager; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any and all resolutions heretofore
adopted by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center and certified to
the First National Bank of Minneapolis as governing the operation of the City
