HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-015 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -15 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTATION TO FURNISH, INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A REMOTE STATION FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on January 6, 1967 at 2 :00 P.M. they opened and tabulated quotations re- ceived for the furnishing, installation and maintaining of a remote station fire alarm system and that said quotations were as follows: Automatic Alarm Corporation $10.00 /month /connection Honeywell, Inc. no quotation American District Telegraph Co. no quotation NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the quotation of Automatic Alarm Corporation to furnish, install and maintain a remote station fire alarm system in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best quotation submitted by a responsible bidder, and said quotation is hereby accepted. January 17, 1967 Date Mayor z 1 ATTE y ST: �"4, Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gordon Erickson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Howard Heck, John Leary, Gordon Erickson and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
