moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 67 -19
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON CITY PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has acquired certain
properties for park and other public purposes which have special
assessments due thereon, and
WHEREAS, it is established City policy to cancel the special
assessments on City property from the Hennepin County tax rolls and
to set up same for payment through the City Finance Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized and directed to cancel special assessments on the follow-
ing parcels in the amounts listed, and the Finance Office be directed
to set up total unpaid principal for payment according to established
City policy:
(a) That part of Lot 22, Aud. Sub. 218, lying west of
Queen Addition(Plat 89103, Parcel 2715.)
(b) The east 135 feet of the north 123 feet of that part
of Lot 48, Aud. Sub. 310, lying west of Bergstrom's
Brooklyn Hi Addition, except road. (Plat 89105,
Parcel 5925.)
(c) Tract C. R.L.S. No. 817. (Plat 89729, Parcel 900.)

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Gordon Erickson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Gordon
Erickson, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
