HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-023 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -23 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -8, WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -9, AND STREET GRADING AND SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -10 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council requesting Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -8, Water Main Improvement Project No. 1967 -9, and Street Grading 6 Surfacing Improve- ment Project No. 1967 -10, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -8, Water Main Improvement Project No. 1967 -9, and Street Grading Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -10. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -8, Water Main Improvement Project No. 1967 -9, and Street Grading 6 Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -10, described as follows: 1967 -8 Sanitary Sewer 67th Avenue North from approximately 620 feet west of Emerson Avenue to approximately 150 feet east of Emerson Avenue; Emerson Avenue North from 67th Avenue to approx- imately 336 feet north. 1967 -9 Water Main 67th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to Dupont Avenue. 1967 -10 Street Grading Surfacing 67th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to Dupont Avenue; Emerson Avenue North from 67th Avenue to approximately 340 feet north. January 30, 1967 Date "Mayor ATTEST: "Z a�u C erk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Howard Heck, Gordon Erickson and Theodore Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
