RESOLUTION NO. 67 -63
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE ADOPTION OF LEGISLATION WHICH

WHEREAS, a substantial amount of the damage and vandalism
done by juveniles can be attributed to insufficient parental
concern for the whereabouts and activities of their children; and

of redress, as well as providing incentive to the parental
control of the activities of children; and
WHEREAS, the imposition of such responsibility by other
states has seemingly had the aforementioned desired effects, and
the City Council deems such legislation to be desireable for the
State of Minnesota:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center as follows:
1. The City Council endorses and supports the proposals
