HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-096 CCR Member Gordon Erickson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 67 -96 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1967 -21 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, Resolution No. 65 -91 adopted June 1, 1965, as amended by Resolution No. 65 -183 adopted September 13, 1965 established Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1965 -35, and WHEREAS, it was determined that a delay in construction of Project No. 1965 -35 would not prove a hardship to abutting property owners and therefore deemed advisable to withhold preparation of plans and specifications for Improvement Project No. 1965 -35 until 1967, due to the greater immediacy of other projects, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to reinitiate Improvement Project No. 1965 -35 as Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -21. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to redesignate Sanitary Sewer Improve- ment Project No. 1965 -35 as Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -21 and to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1967 -21, described as follows: 1967 -21 Sanitary Sewer West side of Lyndale Avenue North from 70th Avenue to approximately 235 feet north of 69th Avenue. 9 April 3, 1967 Date 4ayo' ATTEST: C l 6rk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Gordon Erickson and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
