RESOLUTION NO. 67 -110
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO'S. 1966 -16, 1967 -1
3 17, 20, 22 23 AND 24; SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR
LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -4; SANITARY
SEWER LATERAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO'S. 1966 -15, 1967 -7,
16 AND 21; AND PUBLIC UTILITIES EXTENSIONS IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1967 -5, AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The plans and specifications for the following improve-
ments prepared by the City Engineer are hereby approved and ordered
filed with the Clerk:

Water Main Improvement Project No's. 1966 -16, 1967 -1 3 17 20,23 24.
Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Lift Station Improvement Project No.1967 -4
Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement Project No's. 1966 15,1967 -7,16 21.
Public Utilities Extensions Improvement Project No. 1967 -5.
2. The Clerk shall advertise for bids for such improvement by
publication at least once in the official newspaper and in the Con-
struction Bulletin, the date of first publication not less than three
weeks prior to the date for receipt of bids. Said,notice shall state
that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed and accompanied
by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or certified check payable
to the City Clerk in the amount of not less than five per cent (50) of
the bid.
3. Bid date is set for Thursday, May 4, 1967, at 2 :00 o'clock
P.M., daylight savings time.
4. The City Manager and City Engineer shall be authorized to
open and tabulate
p the bids.

The motion for -the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John
�eary, Gordon Erickson and Howard Heck,
an the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
