and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -226
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1966 -40
WHEREAS, it is proposed that there be constructed an improve-
ment consisting of the following:
1966 -40 Storm sewer in Noble Avenue North from F.A.I. 94
north right -of -way line to 68th Avenue, and 68th Avenue North from
Noble Avenue to Lee Avenue.
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has made a preliminary report
advising that said proposed improvement is feasible and that it can
be constructed at an estimated cost of $20,871.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Council proposes to proceed under authority granted
by Chapter 398, Laws of Minnesota, 1953, as amended.
2. A public hearing on the proposed improvement shall be
held at the Village Hall in the Village on Monday, the 22nd day of
August, 1966, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., D.S.T., and the Clerk shall pub
lish notice of the time and place of hearing by two weeks' publication
in the official newspaper of the Village.
3. The areas proposed to be assessed for said improvement
are follows:
ALL LOTS AND PARCELS ABUTTING THE ABOVE NAMED STREETS WHERE
THE PROJECT IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED.
4. The ro osed improvement shall be designated Storm Sewer

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly Simons
Ear by member and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary,
Earl Simons Howard Heck and Theodore Willard.
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
