HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-243 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: III RESOLUTION NO. 66- 3 24.. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK (CONTRACTED BY VILLAGE) WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Keys Well Drilling Co. has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: Well Pump Installation (Well #5) Deep Well Project No. 1965 -36A NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center: 1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved. 2. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satisfied on said contract on August 8 1966, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said improvement project was $7,890.00. August 8, 1966 Date Mayor rl� 4 S< ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Simons, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
