HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-258 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -258 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on special assessments at the Village Hall on Monday, the 19th day of September, 1966, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., daylight saving time, on the following improvement projects: Storm Sewer 1965 -46 and Sanitary Sewer 1965 -45 1965 -59 and Water Improvement 1965 -13 1965 -16 1965 -18 1965 -47 1966 -9 1966 -26 1966 -28 and Street Improvement 1964 -56 1965 -21 1965 -22 1965 -23 1965 -24 1965 -25 1965 -26 1965 -27 1965 -30 1965 -31 1965 -32 1965 -33 1965 -48 100 August 22, 1966 Date Mayor ATTEST: CA J a Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons, john Leary, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
