RESOLUTION NO. 66 -261
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on special assess-
ments at the Village Hall on Monday, the 26th day of September, 1966,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M., daylight saving time, on the following improve-
ment projects:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by memberjohn Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Earl Simons, John Leary and
Howard Heck,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
