moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -275
RESOLUTION APPROVING LIGHTING PLANS SUBMITTED
UNDER APPLICATION NO. 66005 BY TWIN REALTY, INC.
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1966, the Village Council in its approval
of Resolution No. 66 -239, approved site plans for the development proposed
by Twin Realty, Inc. under Application No. 66005; and
WHEREAS, the terms of Resolution No. 66 -239 required that the
applicant submit the proposed lighting plans for the development to the
Village Council for review and approval; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted said lighting plans to the
Village Council and after review and consideration, the Council finds that
the proposed lighting plans are in conformance with the requirements of
the Village ordinance:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Brooklyn Center that the lighting plans submitted by Twin Realty,
Inc. relative to Application No. 66005 be approved as submitted, subject
to the following performance standards:
Direct rays of light and glare shall not pass beyond the
property lines of the property utilizing such illumination
at an intensity greater than three -foot candles, measured
at property lines abutting residentially -owned property,
or ten -foot candles measured at property lines abutting street
rights -of -way or other commercially zoned property.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member john Leary, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Simons and Theodore
Willard, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
