HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-293 CCR j Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -293 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT ENTITLED "AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS,' MINNESOTA, AND THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA, RELATING TO THE INTERCONNECTION OF SANITARY SEWERS". BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center, as follows: 1. It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public health, safety, prosperity, convenience and general welfare of the Village of Brooklyn Center, its citizens, residents and property j owners, to enter into an .agreement with the City of Minneapolis relating to the interconnection of sanitary sewers. I� 2. Said agreement entitled "Agreement Between the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Relating to the Interconnection of Sanitary Sewers", a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved and adopted and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of this municipality and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to send a certified copy of this resolution, together with executed copies of such agreement to the appropriate officials of the City of Minneapolis.
