moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.66 -329
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THREE POLICE PATROL CARS,
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Administrative Assistant have reported
that on December 12, 1966 at 2 :00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids
received for furnishing of three (3) police patrol cars and that said bids were
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the bid of Iten Chevrolet in the amount of
$4,888. 68 for the furnishing of three (3) police patrol cars in accordance with
the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible
bidder and that said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followin g voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary and Howard Heck,

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
