HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-331 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -331 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE (1) SELF CONTAINED HOPPER TYPE MATERIAL SPREADER WHEREAS, the City Manager and Administrative Assistant have reported that on December 12, 1966 at 2 :00 P.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for one (1) Self Contained Hopper Type Material Spreader and that said bids were as follows: Total Trade -in Net Bid Price Allowance Bid Price T. L. Anderson 2500.00 125.00 2375.00 Ruffridge Johnson Equip. 2870.00 .300.00 2570.00 Zeco Co. 3489.15 680.90 2808.25 Wagner Equip. Co. 2814.00 637.00 2177.00 Road Machinery &Supply 2475.00 320.00 2155.00 Trade -in: 2 Flink Tailgate spreaders. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Road Machinery Supply in the amount of $2155.00 for one (1) Self Contained Hopper Type Material Spreader in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder, and that said bid is reby accepted. December 19, 1966 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary and Howard Heck, and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
