HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-199 CCR The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the
consideration of proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project
No. 1966 -33.
The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice
of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publica-
tion thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being
on June 22, 1966 which affidavit was examined and found satisfactory
and ordered placed on file.
The Mayor then called upon all property owners present to
present arguments either for or against the proposed improvement.
After hearing and considering all objections, and the property
owners appearing in favor of said improvement, member Theodore Willard
introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 66 -199
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1966 -33
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it
is necessary and for the best interests of the Village and the
owners of property specially benefitted thereby, that the follow-
ing improvement shall be constructed:
1966 -33 Sanitary Sewer
Upton Avenue North from inplace manhole 144 feet south
of 59th Avenue to a point approximately 20 feet south of
the north line, R.L.S. No. 1142.
The estimated cost is $571.00.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Earl Simons and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Simons,
Howard Heck and Theodore Willard
and the following voted against the same :none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
