HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-208 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 66 -208 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK (CONTRACTED BY VILLAGE) WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the Village of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Minn -Kota Excavating, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: Water Improvement Project No. 1963 -1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Brooklyn Center: 1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved. 2, The value of work performed exceeded the original contract amount by $1,537.18 because of changes and additions to the project. 3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satisfied on said contract on November 30, 1964, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said improvement project was $333,991.55, less liquidated damages of $2,328.09.
